In my old job the boss usually asked her associates to leave early on Fridays, we were not allowed to go over 40 hours a week.

Our boss is cool in that we get out at 4 as opposed to 5 on Fridays all year round, and in July and August around 1-2 since no one is really doing anything anyway.

just every Friday after my 2 hour lunches I leave normally about 1 to 2 hours early...that's the reason for my early lunch
