i have nausea, headache, slight swelling, trouble seeing out of my right eye (side of head i hit), sensitivity to light and sound, and dizziness when i get up?? and if i do have a concussion and don't get it treated what will happen???

yes it does sound like concussion, an idea as to how u sustained the injury would help too. There is no real treatment for concussion except rest.Always best to see a doctor tho.

Sounds like you do and you may die. Don't be an idiot and go to the hospital. Better to have them tell you you are fine.
