So in giving up an addiction(myspace) would you recommend I just not login until school is over(its affecting my school work) Or should I just delete the account . I ask because I was just going to delete the account but a friend I met on here doesnt want me to do that she says just give it a break until school is over. What should I do?

lol fairly a cogent remark. One is definitely continuously controlled by using self. What we recommend by using self administration is the flexibility to rationally override an emotional decision we've logically concluded is undesirable or beside the point. One ingredient of your self is controlling the different. could a guy make like to his spouse. easily. could he do it in the food market by way of fact she regarded so appropriate while she bent over to %. up a container of cereal? DELETE ! you just gave an example of not having self control. Your friend is controlling you! you know what i mean? take charge and decide for your self. delete the god damn thing and take the next step. then, wallah you'll be in control in no time.

You know yourself better than anyone, especially her, and you should go with your first instinct because that is what I would have to do too. DELETE IT NOW!! Then you can breathe more easily and forget the temptation because it's too late.
