The first Resident Evil was pretty good, the second one was just way too over the top. Maybe they could get it right again with 3, although I doubt it.
Mortal Kombat was good too. The second sucked...they killed Johnny Cage off within the first 90 seconds of the movie.
I can't think of any other good game movies. The rest just sucked terribly.
P.S. WHY are they making a second Silent Hill movie?

Tomb Raiders
The Doom sucked bad, I think there are a lot more movies that have been made into games than games made into movies

Resident Evil. I remember playing that game when it first came out. I liked it, then the movie came out and I was blown away she even wore that same red dress!!!!! Silent Hill was also pretty good too!!

Final Fantasy Advent Children was quite good, but one of my other favourites Is the Tomb Raider series

I liked Resident Evil (i haven't seen the 2nd one yet) & i thought the Final Fantasy movie was pretty cool. (Spirits within)
