4 years college, 3 years med school and 3 years as an intern, so 10 years after high school, but I know people who have cramed it down to 7, Some people take 12 to 15 years. You can finish college faster and do overtime on your internship, but you can't rush med school.

it depends on what country you are in and even what med school you attend. usually 8 years minimum.( that is just from when you actually start med school. you would have to take at least 2 years pre-med before hand, and these days you usually need a bachelor's degree before they will admit you)
