How do you download the right one and how do you do it?

I'm guessing you're asking how to know which torrent to download when more than one shows up on your search? well usually it's better to go for the one with more Seeds(people sharing) and more Leeches(people downloading), you should also scroll down once you click on the torrent and see what files you're downloading

Another thing that might help is commets people post on the torrents, once you start downloading whatever it is you're downloading you can click on view comments and it'll show comments that people downloading the file posted if you see a lot of "its fake" "do not download" and stuff like that cancel and erase that download and try another torrent

First you'll need to install a torrent interface program. I use bitlord (it has a very simple interface and is easy to use). After you have that go to Isohunt, type in your search parameters and narrow it down further by selecting the proper filters (anime, music, etc). Select the file you want from the results and look at the right hand side of the page. If you see a 0 in the seeder column don't bother, it won't download, go to another file. Once you choose one, verify it's what you want by looking at the files that are included in the download and any included info. It will normally tell you if it includes subtitles and what language. Sometimes you have to do some homework if it's not spelled out (ie going to the fansub's site to see if they sub in English). Click on the download torrent button. It will direct the file to your torrent interface program. If there is more than one file you will be able to pick and choose which ones you want using your torrent interface program. After that its just monitoring the status of your download.
