Right now, they're all fission. Fusion plants are the goal that many scientists are working towards, but there are no commercial plants delivering electricity into the grid which are based on fusion. Fusion would produce cleaner energy with less undesirable waste, but it's much more difficult to make a viable fusion plant due to the way fusion works.

They're all still based on fission. Fusion reactors would be a fortunate development for the sake of efficiency, and waste control. Also for space vehicle propulsion.

All are fission. We haven't gotten fusion to work yet.
