i dont know....still havent gotten my period, im about 5 days late. but i do have this werid pain in my ovaries...could my period me that simple. im not on any birth control and im not pregnant. what the heck is going on!

When I ovulate I get a pain where I beleive my ovaries are, but I do have a period within a day or so after.... but maybe if you don't have a period and are worried, see a doc or you can wait a month and see if you just missed a month, sometimes women skip months due to stress or illness etc... but consult your doc if you are worried!

it could be that you are ovulating or it could be an ovarian cyst or tubal cyst. If the pain continues with no period then see your doctor.
