A contractor is so named because (s)he works to a contract. I expect exactly and only what was stated in the contract.
If you rely on the good intentions, sales pitch, marketing or line of chat with a contractor, you are being naiive. Its the words as written and nothing else.

for him to do a good job,to be honest.meets the projects dead line.and be neat specially if you are living in the house while remodeling.uses good material and last but not least a place where you can find him later on in case something goes wrong or needs to be redone.
