Of course it would, but you would need a Iron beam to stretch across space within a few feet away from the earth attached to an Iron Skillet with Aluminum Foil toped Popcorn, like in the good ole days!!

Sure would but it would have to be out in space somewhere. In fact with the moisture inside, it may pop in space just because of the pressure differential.

if you got that close to the sun, it would feel like the inside of your microwave, but yes, it would pop.
