I'm a 23 y/o man and I have 3 ways of achieving orgasm. 1) Most commonly :( masturbation. 2) Sex with my g/f. 3) Wet dreams.
What do they mean to me? Well.....masturbation relieives tension and is quite pleasent. Sex ranges from depressing to earth shatteringly awesome. Wet dreams are pretty cool cos they are normally accompanied by hot fantasy dreams.
A clearer and more explicitly structured question would help.

Orgasms are the ultimate sexual sensation.
They mean you've taken the time to really get to know how your body works. They mean WOW! to me.
I get them mostly from direct clitoral or g-spot stimulation.

to me it just means that it is time to rest and go at it again, and i only get it when i am totally relaxed... which is not very often
