I will never throw a nude pool party of course but another kid around the block wants to because it's starting to get a little warmer I guess. It is a totally enclosed space with a high fence, etc. I'm just wondering if it's illegal or not?

It's legal to swim nude in a secluded area in most places, but doing it without the parent's knowledge is not a good idea. A 14 year old is not legally old enough to be responsible for others, so any accidents that happen in that home would be the legal responsibility of the homeowner.
Your friend should talk to his parents, and ask for their permission to have a pool party. If they have a high fence, they probably skinny-dip too.

You're underage, buddy you cannot throw those kinds of parties. You'll attract your neighbors and they can report you for Indecent Exposure!!
