I have the feeling you haven't masturbated yet. Masturbating (rubbing your penis in your hand) feels much better than just having an erection. After you've masturbated for a while, maybe 10 minutes or more when you first try it, you'll suddenly have a really good feeling go all through you, making your muscles tense up and your breath catch. It only lasts a few seconds, but you don't want it to stop for anything while it's happening. That's an orgasm. If you've reached puberty (if you're 12 or 13 or older and have hair between your legs at the base of your penis), you'll also ejaculate at the same time, that is, about a spoonful of white semen will spurt out. Then you'll feel tired for a while afterward and the good feeling will all fade away. All normal. You might not be able to have an orgasm the first few times you masturbate, and that's normal, too. If someone else masturbates you, you'll probably have an orgasm the first time.

Guys who have reached puberty who don't masturbate eventually ejaculate anyway just from the build up of semen that is constantly produced, and I've read that they feel an orgasm when that happens, but I have never heard anyone who has had that happen describe the feeling, so I don't know if that's true for everyone or just some.

Yes indeed, it is not a big thing at all. 80-85% of the world is uncircumcised. The only place circumcision is big in is in the USA, and in Islamic and Jewish based countries, as they often employ this barbaric ritual in their religion. All other nations have realized that the operation is unnecessary and many others realize that it does strip the child of his basic rights to govern how his body is treated. Also, cut men in the USA get this self righteous attitude and feel they must spread the practice to lesser developed countries, because of the supposed health benefits, which is merely another way the US feels the need to impose it's ever twisted beliefs onto the world. This practice should be stopped in the US, as we are seen as a very civilized and modern nation, yet we continue to mar our males at birth because of outdated traditions and biased religious undercurrents, both of which are very uncharacteristic of supposed highly developed nations.
