Funny joke. The nipples are all retouched (airbrushed) out of the pics because Americans are such prudes.
Models (and mannequins) are allowed to have nipples in Europe.

It's called airbrushing. They go back in after photos are taken and digitally remove the nipples.

computers can do wonderful things these days...they can also use nipple covers (which are skin colored and you put a little piece over yor nipple to cover it up- they sell them in some stores)
