YES..it does..my hubby is the gadget king and my microwave has a wand on it that reads the barcodes on the packages so it will automatically know how long to cook it...IT DOESN'T WORK ..that damn thing laughs and laughs at me..and if you mess up..it beeps like 5 times and loud..letting you know..>ERROR..so everyone knows in the house that you can't work the microwave...UGHHH!!!

Sometimes it mocks. Like when the rice boils over because I set it too high for too long. Then there was the unfortunate hotdog explosion. Oh yeah, it most definitely mocks!

last thing I need is a microwave mocking me!! If that happened, I'd throw it out the window!...

Usually it just cooks my food, but sometimes it'll say things like, "Do you really need to eat this? It looks like you could stand to miss a meal or two!" Hate it when that happens!

its fine for the most part, except when im licking all the buttons with my eyes...then it seems to stare at me with its blinking lights, as if to say "you will get your commupence!"
