I got a monroe about 2 weeks ago and it doesnt swell anymore, but its VERY red around the outside part and it leaks a yellowish liquid that annoyes the crap outta me! How to I get the redness to go away? I clean it everyday and it doesnt hurt that much anymore, but its very red and I hate it?? How on earth do I get it to clear up? The outside is red, and directly around the piercing its a white ring. Whats up?

its ok darling its because its healing thats why your seeing all those stuff. for example me when i got my navel pierced it was the same thing. now its fully healed, the redness is gone and the white ring. try not to interfare with it too often or keep it wet. keep cleaning it and you'll be good in due time. now i'v got my tongue and clit done and im oh so fine

keep cleaning it...it sounds like it is scabbing up. It may be infected, so make sure you just keep cleaning it.

Get rid of whatever you put on your lip to look cool, you might be allergic to it and this might create serious complications.
