from what you've said, it sounds like the corposa cavernosa. the two chambers in your **** are not filling properly.
this may be blood pressure related, or as suggested by previous answers, it could be to do with smoking, having said that you don't mention being a smoker.
in the first instance, i'd check how firm your morning ererctions are. Most men naturally get frequent erections as they sleep, it;s the body's way of flushing the system. so when you wake up, check how firm your wood is.
if the problem is there at this time, i.e the flopiness, then i'dsuggest you go and see your GP. I know blokes don't like seeing GPs especially when it's "downstairs" issues, but go, they've seen it all before. Explain the problem, and let the GP guide you. Don;t let them fob you off, get it checked out..

Its probably more likely to be due to smoking - but its best to discuss it with your doctor. I had a friend who had similar problem which has cleared up now he has quit cigarettes.
