I need help with how to put a bid in when trying to get a cleaning contract. what type form will i use, where can i get it from?

You should ask the organization accepting the bids. They probably have a set of tender documents.

who is the bid with? Most companies that put stuff up for bid have a form or format they want the bid in. They will usually send you that information in writting with the bid details. I have never seen one that did not.
