swanny men and women do not think alike thats why they get on whats 2007 got to do with it ?

don't know i have had good and bad, men and woman, but the best boss is someone you can respect there staff

My experience has been that males have always been the better of my bosses and immediate supervisors. Women that I have had in these positions, tended to be too uptight and always seemed to be trying to prove a point, or dis spell a notion. The women bosses in my life were evil pure and complete.

If you're a woman, it's a man. If you're a man, it's a woman. Just a little fact of life.
Some women bosses are way over ambitious, though. They can be super controlling. However, I've known men that way, too. So I would go for the personality of the individual.

ITS 2007! you realise that both sexs are equal? a man can do a job as good as a woman and a woman can do a job as well as a man! so why pick one or the other!
give me to examples of a situation in a job. tell me what 2 different bosses did to resolve the situation, ill pick which one was better at doing there job and youll get the answer...
the PERSON (man or woman) who did the job best!
its what the PERSON makes of the job, not if that person has A VAGINA/PENIS!!!!!!

On a purely intellectual level I would say that both should be equal. However in my experience Women have been the best people to work for.

Men every time,they are mostly prepared to listen to any suggestions that you have,women on the other hand are on a crusade to prove that they are better than men,therefore they assume that they are right in everything that they do !

I don't know - it is very subjective isn't it? Bosses who have power are better - mid level managers and 'ambitious' bosses with no proper education are the worst!

1 who will let you go for lunch and not rush you all the time.also a boss who will let you take your car to the garage(when your using your car to get to work)and using your wear and tear
