I agree, but some people are actually that closed off to the rest of the world. Some people live in communities that are isolated from people outside of their ethnic, racial, religious, (or what have you) group. If this is the only way that a person like that can get some closure or express things they never got to question in sociology, among their actual peers, or wherever, then you've just got to look at the questions and move on.

Maybe the question is, am I doing my part to make sure minorities do not have to ask those questions.
I know I have done EVERYTHING (and maybe there is more I can do) to be educated, work hard and be a responsible, law-abiding, tax paying citizen who gives back to my community. I am no victim in the least.
Yet from time to time, unfortunately, I HAVE to ask questions like that. I'm afraid, you cannot just erase the past and present prejudice that exists just because it makes you feel uncomfortable or ashamed.
