I have! I had to have over $500 of incorrectly charged fees refunded to me over the past 4 months.

I have. I had a VISA card with them but I went to the hospital and it got stolen. The card was reported stolen but they continued to assess interest and late charges, inflating the amount obscenely. I paid off what I truly owed and they accepted it as "payment in full". Then they sent a 1099 to the IRS claiming they had "written off" thousands of dollars. They won't answer my letters and if I let this stand their taxes will be reduced and mine will be increased as though this bogus amount was somehow income for me.

They got me way back in 1979. Arrived at new duty station, deposited 4 grand, 3 days later they bounced my first check. Then when they finally admitted their mistake (took a week), they still but a report in the credit reporting places on me. Took me a total of 18 months and a lawyer to fix it.

I have. I had a credit card and was late with a payment. My interest rate went up to 34% for 6 months. I paid the card off and cancelled it. They hurt my feelings.

i cancelled my account after they announced they were catering to illegals by giving credit cards without ss#s
