i have very dry skin.that also gets body breakouts what is the BEST LOTION?

I love both Aveeno-Visibly Radiant and Bath and Body Works makes a line called breathe which has different vitamin packed scented lotions...they are so moisturizing and smell amazing. Also, anything which shea butter is great for dry skin.
