i got a new cell phone from walmart and it doesnt work. HELP?

this prepaid phone doesnt have any service and u need service to activate it. Is walmart good on there return policy?

Walmart will refund your money, but make sure the phone is charged and ready to go, and check out the phones website, as you might need to activate the phone that way first.

usually you need to verify the cell phone provider has coverage in your area. Many pay as you go cell phones allow you to activate online. Check the service providers website.
