Yes. You have to call your provider company (Verizon) and add the individual to a "complete block list". This should cost about $0.85-$1.00 per phone number you block.

*67 IT WILL CHARGE YOUR PHONE BILL each time you use it though. You can call your cellphone company and ask that they list your number as private/blocked and they can do that and it will ultimately cost less money.

try *67 then dial the number you want to call. It should block your number!
