Leave it like it is. The "met at work" relationships 99% of the time don't work out. If you break up or say the wrong thing, that can be used against you at work. It's not worth it and might go on your record. Men and for the matter women can be mean like that. You get no good references and it's all because your heart led. If one of you decide to quit, then I would say something. If they're the "one", you'll see them again after.

No, no, no! Not if you want to be able to keep your job! Most companies have very strict policies against relationships between managers and their employees since it could lead to unfair treatment. So if you told him, and a relationship started, you *both* could get fired!
