The above are both correct. I'll add that I use Yahoo Messenger & Skype.

I use Skype, with my webam ball, for businees & for staying in touch with my brothers & sisters in the Armed Forces & others.

it's instant messenger
and you use it after dowlnoading yahoo messenger
and to download just google"yahoo messenger" and follow the instructions

IM is this really gr8 programm where u could chat with ur friends and new pple
