Travel city direct are by far the cheapest i've found and most comfortable. They fly from Glasgow, Manchester and London and incorporate car hire (at a very reasonable rate) and can do cheap theme park tickets too. I use them religously, apart from last Oct we flew direct from Newcastle with Monarch and the plane was so cramped and the staff were very miserable. I wont be using them again, its so easy getting the train straight to Manchester Airport and they fly at sensible times too. With Monarch we arrived back at Newcastle at 3am! Total nightmare! Emjoy anyway, hope this helps!

I don't believe Southwest travels from the UK, as some have recommended.
Check out http://www.bookingbuddy.com
it is a great website which checks multiple airlines for you in one quick and easy search. Enjoy your vacation!

Generally, the cheapest will be KLM and Northwest, but you'll have to transit at least once.
Or charter flights with Monarch.
Fly Globespan have really cheap flights, but only leave from Glasgow and Belfast.

Can you edit your question to add where you are flying from? That makes all the difference. To summarize, the following airlines serve Orlando:

Depending on where you are flying from, Southwest Airlines usually has the cheapest airfare to Orlando.

the best way is to shop around, and haggle! Travel agents will always try to beat your quote, they want your money! I saved hundreds just by going on the Internet and calling travel agents. You should always get a printed quote from them and then just spend a bit of time on the phone or the Internet. good luck
