If I have a particular secret on my mind while tripping, am I likely to blab about it? Or will I have the self control to keep it to myself?

Self-control is no problem. The concern is that you focus on this and have some change of heart in keeping it secret. Read on.
The fact that you are trying to hide it may become an internal focus point that makes you feel "seperated" from other during your trip. It MAY (altough unlikely) also be transmitted via brain waves (if you focus on it) to another tripper who is close to you - it is extremely doubtful they will remember/believe they 'heard' it/ sensed it when the trip is over anyhow.
The important thing is to prepare for the trip; JUST AFTER you have dosed, go somewhere alone for afew minutes, look in the mirror and repeat:
"I love myself and will hold this secret for love of myself. I feel no guilt in this regard, and am happy to share the rest of my self with others during this mystical journey."

Shrooms are more of a body high then mental.
you won't blab anything, just laugh a lot
you don't get visuals with shrooms,
visuals come with acid, you just get a baody high and that's it, no purple polka dotted anythings.

Shrooms are hallucinogenics. i don't think you'll be worried about a secret while tripping out with purple polka dotted sea monkeys.

you might - if its a particularly compelling secret that's foremost in your mind and your surroundings and company are conducive to sharing it... more so if you yourslef are a talker
In addition to being mildly hallucinegenic - I've always found shrooms.. especially mex. cubenzas... to give me a warm fuzzy feeling...
I guess it depends on the secret!
