When you know you need to.....do you have any advice on what you can do to help you let go of a past love (someone you see several times a week because of the kids)?

Try thinking about why the relationship failed, and what positives there are to it being over. Then try to enjoy this person in the role they now play in your life. You can still love them and not be with them... Love them for who they are independent of the relationship they have with you. Maybe once you are comfortable with them playing the role they do, you can venture off and find someone new.

i tell myself tht i've gotta do what's right for me and my kids, and that this guy was fun, but it's ver, and i'm gonna go out there and find the real one for me
