I normally just talk to the voice within me, as it is my guide, my light, my armor. It is there for me when no one else could ever be.......and it never passes judgement on me, nor does it fail me.

Nobody really can make it go away, but my fiance is very sensitive and understanding. He really is one of a kind. Plus he knows me so well that when I get depressed he knows that all I need is either to cry or have him hold me. We both know he can't make it go away any more than I can explain why I'm depressed (I have depression, so I can't always just pinpoint what's wrong). But he knows how to carry me through it. Plus he grew up the youngest, with 2 older sisters and no brothers, so he's more understanding when it comes to being depressed or irritable because of female problems.

I love him so much.

I enjoy talking to my mom, too, but she also has depression problems, so she sometimes isn't the one I go to in order to make it all go away. We just relate to each other and sometimes get a good laugh at our problems together.

Yes, Dear I always provide a shoulder to cry upon for those who need it. Grassy helps kiss away all sorrows and fears. It helps when you find someone older who has been through it. Great Question Sweetie

My person was always my Mom, I'm 44 yrs old, but she was my best friend. She passed away 2 yrs ago. Now I just have my memories of her & things she had told me. I don't think I'll ever find anyone who is even close to being as special & understanding & as smart as she was. I miss her so much!!!!!
