try mineral foundation like bare escentuals (the drugstore kind isn't too bad and cheaper but BE is the best i think). i am a recent convert and i will never wear the liquid stuff again.

i use maybelline, the one that is completely water based. Since it doesnt have oil in it, it never makes youre skin look oily. Its also not thick and goupy so it goes on flawlessly and never looks caky and doesnt get flaky ever.

Matte Mouse is deffinetly very good, its the best foundation ive used before. its totally natural looking and not flaky or oily. i really recomend it, they usually have a little card next to the bottles where you can figure out wich color matches your skin tone.

I use l'oreal true match powder. Its really good, and its better if you use a brush instead of the makeup sponge they give you. The brushed will make it less caky and stuff.
