There were about 1,000 pictures (literally), and I found them under a TEMP file with the pathname pcg. afer the jpg. If I rename them and take off the pcg, they return to my pictures folder, but they are about 1' by 1'. Simply enlarging them creates a horrible, blurred picture. I tried to enlarge them by resizing through Irfanview program, but same thing. Please help. How do I get them back to normal size as well as clear??

ok, well if they were on your computer ( like in you "My Pictures" folder) there is another way to recover them.
There is a program called PC Inspector and you can use it to recover files that have been deleted. You can down load it from here : http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/uk/welcome.htm
just play around with it and you will find your files.
After you install it. Run the program. Choose English language. Then click on the tab the says "Recover deleted files).
Then a dialog box will show up with all drives on your computer. Click on the drive that had your pics, and then click the green check button.
This will display a dialog box will all the files and folders on the drive. (The green ones are the ones that have been deleted). You can right click on them and save the files to a location you want.
Some might not be in good condition though.

try your windows recycle bin to see if you can recover them first. your pcg folder was probably just the thumbnail size pictures of your real photos... no amount of resizing will ever get them back to the real size. If you you can't recover from recycle bin, go to Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Restore, try to find a date where you can roll your system back to before when you deleted the pictures.... hopefully they will still be there.
If not you can get a commerical file recovery tool, ask a pro around you to help you recover files on disk. In the meantime don't copy huge files or install new things to your computer.... the file data is still on disk but your computer just deleted the access information to them, so if you install new things it will clobber the old data.

I believe you must make it transparent that his penchant for nude photograph and conversations with different females must quit or the wedding is completed. This is an issue of appreciate for you, your marriage and the baby who he's intended to be a father too. Personally, It suggests a large loss of adulthood and that does not bode good for his being a first-class husband or father. You are not able to make any individual else difference. He has to do the paintings to triumph over this dependancy or to set you unfastened. I might call for counseling and spot what he says. Like any dependancy , he's going to wish reliable support to peer why it's so damaging and offensive . Then you're going to understand wherein you stand . If he loves you greater than himself, he'll knock it off , pass to counseling and ask you to forgive him, if now not, you're greater off calling it a mistake and relocating on together with your baby. I am so sorry.

what you must have found are thumbnails in the recent or history folder. they cant be resized. download some free data recovery software from the net like mdrecovery and you can probably recover the photographs from your HD as the data is never really totally deleted.
