Any tried and true method of getting rid of moles in your lawn?

Very destructive and things we tried have not worked especially the sonar/vibrator sounds.

Jack Russell terriers do a very nice job. I had a Yellow lab that was also a mole-hunting fool.

Of course I had to fill in some trenches afterward, but it was worth it.

The bait stuff you put in the tunnels is pretty effective. You can also use grub killer to kill off their food source, but that isn't as effective as killing the miserable little things.

The moles are after the insects in you soil. Get rid of the insects and you get rid of the moles. Check your home supply store for grub killer.
