Depending on your budget, all kinds of those things above me sound cool.
SCUBA can be relaxing or extreme, and always expensive.
Live Historical Combat can give ye a rush, and some nasty marks! LOL!
I agree with river riding.....rapids in a toob with a keg of beer!

Check out the picture on my 360 and then consider mountain climbing. You can stay in my guest room (with the same view as my picture) while you learn. Would breakfast on the deck fit into your schedule? I make a mean eggs benedict.
