Not sure if you mean from just this year or all-time, so I'll give my answer for their best all-time line-up. This is from the 2000-01 season I believe.
PG - Alvin Williams
SG - Vince Carter
SF - Morris Peterson
PF - Charles Oakley
C - Antonio Davis

if your talking about all-time it would be 1998-1999 season when T-Mac and Vince Carter were on the same team.
