The first four except the death penalty you listed make you a liberal democrat, however you could also be a liberal Republican. I am Republican and the only places where we disagree is gun control, pro-choice, and I don't believe the war was illegal.
Please note: We were attacked first.

I 'm a native of this grand country, I believe in the Death Penalty, the toppling of Saddam was inevitable, citizens without guns are slaves. Energy will progress with human ingenuity, and you need to read the Bible about Israel. The history of humanity was established in the first country settled by Moses. That country was taken by it's enemies numerous times, but it always comes back to be the home of the Hebrew nation, Israel. It started there, it will end there ! For such a small country, grown from utterly nothing, to a Country that has established true Democracy, like America. I do not, and will not EVER ignore Israel !! God Bless America, and continue to Bless Israel !!

Like many of us, you fall into the middle of the political spectrum because you refuse to blindly adhere to any party's full poltical agenda.
While some would button-hole you as an Independant, your vote as an Independant would take-away a vote for the party of whose values you believe in the most, the Democratic Party.
If you want change, especially from this current administration, I recommend registering as a Democrat.

The American Party! That's all that matters at the end of the day. Vote for the candidate that's aligned with your views or at least listen and willing to have an open discussion about the differences.

I think you are an independent thinker. Of the two major parties, I think you would probably find the Republican Party more accepting of your views, especially if you are contemplating running for office. They are less "politically correct" and more of a "big tent" sort of party. There are other parties, besides the two major ones, but for most people, they are a waste of time. They don't stand much of a chance of getting their nominees elected.

You're Democrat. You're aligned with the party by at least 95% on the issues.
