Do the Lymphatic vessels form a closed loop of circulation?

No, since the lymph starts from the capillary bed, it's really hard to say closed vessel system. "Starts from nowhere," my A&P teacher described to say lymph system is not closed.

No, they get cleansed out into the liver, kidneys, etc., - the waste disposal system of our bodies.
