Do I take your question to mean that your HR person is hitting on you, or vice-versa, and that it was mutual? And that this is a repetitive pattern for you?
First of all, any reputable HR person is not hitting on the candidates s/he interviews, they are intent on finding the best person for the job. My apologies on behalf of my entire profession if you have dealt with anyone who is less than professional in that regard.
However, this doesn't get you entirely off the hook. Learn the phrase, "don't dip your pen in the company ink." Memorize it. Live it. Find your girlfriends, one nighters, or whatever outside the company. Attractive or not, don't make yourself available and you won't have a problem.

You're being a tad too full of yourself and trying to come up with an excuse for being unemployed. If how you wrote that question (sexist and in a conceited way) is how you generally speak, then that is probably the reason as to why you're not getting hired.

If I was in your shoes, I would worry more about your qualifications for the particular job than the qualities of the job interviewer. Nice looks and a sweet personality might make it easier for somebody like you to get to the job interview than somebody who isn't nice and sweet. However, that does not mean that you will do well in the job interview if you are not qualified for that particular position.

Most HR personnel are female because they are more sensitive than men. You need to have sensitivity to sympathize with employees when they have problems. Most men tend to lack the necessary skills to perform the duties of an HR manager. There are exceptions though. I actually work with a male HR manager and he's very good. He actually cares about the employees.....well, when he's not playing Fantasy Football.
Oh yeah, back to your question. You're just arrogant, dude. No one is that good looking..........not even me.

Interviewers constantly dig for faults. My college interviewers asked me if I had ever been yelled at by ability of someone of authority. (i haven't.) Your looks have no longer something to do with working ability. Even the dimmest of HR managers comprehend that.

First off you come off very concieted which they can probably pick up on so if you feel like everyone else has a problem with you maybe you should look at yourself man. Also Hr are friendly with everyone so most likely you are just acting like a teenager, nieve. Grow up.

Generally, attractive people get first pick when it comes to jobs. This should be an advantage for you. Your question details make you sound incredibly self-absorbed, though, and I would imagine that it would be that personality flaw that makes them decide not to hire you for anything.

You are egotistical, & the HR managers that happen to be women see that and call you on your Bull $hit.
Two of the three HR managers I have reported to were straight men. Get your head out of your butt.
