Sounds like fever or something he has eaten, if his temperate goes too high consult your GP. Otherwise keep the temperature down with plenty of fluids and paracetamol.
Possibly a tape worm? Ask your GP about them or look em up in wikipedia.

hmm, well if it weren't for the worms part of the story...I'd say let'em tuff it out. However he obviously has some sort of parasites in his deigestive tract...have him make an appt with a GI specialst!
