Google is attacking Microsoft's Office suite with web based applications. Google is attacking Microsoft Outlook with GMail (University of Pheonix just switched 50,000 accouts from Outlook to GMail). Google offers a desktop to compete with Windows. Google does everything Microsoft does, except better and free. If I were Microsoft, I'd be worried too.

I would be scared of a company thats stock has risen from 0 - 150billion in less than 3 years. Microsoft has been around for almost 20 years and is just at 250billion. Also Google is looking into the phone industry with Apple. Research it a little more and you will understand Google. Hell, its in the dictionary now, Microsoft is in the dictionary as "The new Evil Empire "
