What do you think of the Zen V Plus music player?

Have you ever had any problems with this device? Do they have good customer service? I am planning on buying one (4GB) and any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've got a 2GB one and it rocks. It has a very good quality on the tiny display, and the customer service is also really good. I love my Zen.
