I`m now working in education and enjoying my job. Two years ago I got a new boss and he`s a revelation a bit of a showman but deadly honest and unafraid to show his true colours. In the past I`ve experienced the dregs of management the little tin gods who think they are it .
Get your own back lets hear some of your horror stories of bosses you`ve crossed swords with ?

I had a boss who enjoyed making employees cry. The turnover rate when she was in charge was deplorable. I was an excellent worker, but apparently did something she didn't like, because she tried to make me quit my reducing my hours (a trick that had worked with many others). Rather than doing as she wanted, I wrote a letter to the higher-ups at the company, met with the district manager, and she was transferred to a different location then she quit. I stayed at that job for three and a half years while I finished college. She was a mean, awful person, and she did not have the compassion or the skills to be in charge of anyone.

I once had a boss that was completely ghetto but thought she was "edumacated." I didn't understand half of the big words she would try to use, she couldn't compose an email to save her life, and she had a huge afro. She looked like a poor man's Tina Turner..........terrible.
