WASHINGTON - A sharply divided House voted Friday to order President Bush to bring combat troops home from Iraq next year, a victory for Democrats in an epic war-powers struggle and Congress' boldest challenge yet to the administration's policy.

It doesn't matter. It won't happen because President Bush will veto it the bill and there is no way that the Congress will have enough votes to override it.

The house will hold true but Bush will veto it there is not enough votes in congress to over rule him.

Even if it makes it through the Senate, the President will veto it. I don't think they could rally the 2/3 necessary to override him, either.
