Sounds like your metatarsils (bones in the ball of your foot) are lacking support. I have the same problem. There is a really good insole called Superfeet that has a metatarsil(sp) support in it. See if they will work for you before you spend hundreds of dollars on orthodics at the podiatrists. I bought mine at The Running Room but don't know if they are world wide....and that was after I spent $600 for orthodics that are actually causing more pain then I was in before.

the only real trick is to discover the ultimate saddle. you will possibly desire to be waiting to holiday your 90K with in basic terms a single pair of undemanding biking shorts once you come across the ultimate one. as quickly as you do, once you end the 90K the only ingredient that may not harm is your take a seat bones! First, verify bike in good condition. Have somebody who is conscious what they are doing verify your setup. Even some thing like a incorrect stem length could make you take a seat in a position that ultimately will become uncomfortable. If that doesn't artwork, then decide for a clean saddle. I continuously start up with Terry because of the fact they have have been given a 30 day assure. in case you do not in basic terms like the saddle, you could take it back. suitable now I easily have the Terry Fly. The Liberator X is a classic long distance saddle. on your foot concern, back make helpful that your cleats are wisely adjusted. additionally make helpful that the saddle is proper located front to back. I easily have had some pals with SPD cleats ***** approximately warm spots on their ft because of the small touch platform. refer to the human beings at your bike save. A swap to a pedal with a miles better platform, like look, could be efficient. HTH

Possible plantar wart
Plantar warts are benign (noncancerous) growths that occur on the sole (plantar surface), heel, or ball of the foot. Pressure from standing and walking often causes them to grow into deep layers of the skin.

It could be a "bone spur" this is common, it's a calcium build-up in the bone, and it will wear down in time. Sorry, yes they are painful. Wear an extra sock for a while.

It could be just a bone bruise. They hurt like heck for a short period of time, but go away soon. Soaking in hot water might help.

Is a callous starting to form there? If you wear alot of high heels you might be starting to form a callous. You might wanna try scrubbing to with an exfoliant of shaving tit down depending on it's thickness.

you have an arch problem, you need supports, you can buy them at walmart or any drug store, the podiatrist is costly & not much better than over the counter supports
