I've seen a few Drs and they said I'm ok, but I want a few more pounds.
P.S. I eat a lot.

Well, if you excersise or anything you need to def. stop that. If you eat a lot though, maybe you just were not meant to be fat??? I do not really know, I have to keep my weight in check, I'm small now, but for me, I have todo a lot to stay this way. If you're short, and you look fine, no worries girlfriend!!! Hope you can find a good answer!!! Good luck girl!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ohhh my... I am 29 as well.. I WISH I only weighed 99 lbs.. however, add about 50 more pounds to that.. I have a problem saying no to carbs!! =) Try eating a lot of pasta, breads, pizza, mac and cheese.. Or you could try those protein shake things that body builders drink to put on weight.. I think it's called creatine or something like that.. if you go to a GNC and explain your situation and you want to gain some weight they should be able to direct you to what kind of shake you could drink to put on a few.. Or you could do it the bad way and eat lots of fried fatty foods like doughnuts, cheeseburgers, fries, cakes and what not.. Hope this helps!

you don't eat alot.

I had a sister that blew away with any big wind.

me on the other hand always fought the battle of the bulge.

come snack time she would pull out the cheetos and eat 3 or four then put them away, I had to eat the whole bag.

my advice is to drink lots of blackcows (rootbeer and vanilla icecream), chocolate shakes and snacks.

do this at least once a day (more to benefit) and I am sure you will put on at least 3 pounds a month.

at the General Nutrition Store at most shopping malls there's a milk and egg protien shake that comes in powdered form in different flavors that u add to a glass of regular whole milk. it tastes pretty good and has like 1000 calories a serving. just mix a glass and drink it with a meal and use it as a regular beverage. drink it right before bedtime, also

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html
