that's because i think the players and fans alike are not passionate about soccer. in europe or brazil, the players live to play soccer and play soccer to live but in america its just another job were u get paid weekly no matter wht. and i think its mainly due to competetion and fans in america there are very very few fans of the game itself ( i think nearly 90% like players more than the game) and the competetion is not very tough, u can play an average game and still win the league. but in europe and brazil and all other places, the fans support the game first then the players. so there is an incredible amount of pressure from the fans to improve and the competetion is so high that only the best teams in the league can survive. when there is very high competetion as in europe, u need to be different to earn the respecct of the fans and win titles. so the players always think about it and hence develop their own style and new techniques. i agree football ( soccer) is the best sport and it is a beautiful game
