Well it shouldn't be very hard at all. That person used the same transition throughout the entire clip. And scrolling credits is nothing hard either.

I use Adobe Premiere (and it's sidekick "After Effects") to do videos, but I doubt if you need such an elaborate programme for as simple a video as what you linked to.

Take a look at this site: http://www.videohelp.com and do some searching for video editing tools. There are many free ones which will do what you want. Even lowly "Windows Movie Maker" might do it.

I just took a look at "Windows Movie Maker". It will do everything that you want. It seems fairly easy to use also.
