Bush isn't a dictator because the US citizens still have many rights. Bush though, like most first world leaders, is being manipulated by a secret New World Order committee and this influences many of his decisions. I am not defending Bush or his administration from some of his decisions, but we most keep in mind that there are forces at work that are hidden from the every day person. Hope this helps.

I believe that in order for someone to be the leader of a free nation he must be willing to listen to the needs of his nation. Take for example the fact that over half of the population of the U.S does not want our troops in Iraq but since Bush has the final say, he's staying there as long as he wants.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that he is a dictator, per se, but he's darn close. I understand that he was elected using the democratic system, but if the nation only knew what a poor job he would do in the future, he would never have been allowed to step one of his polished black shoes into the White House.

Why do you use such provocative language such as "dictator" then demand to be spared the humility of being bashed.

George Bush was a democratically elected President. He does not have to submit to the will of a thin majority in Congress. Why did you not call Clinton a dictator when he refused to rubber stamp the Republican lead congress.

His people are hardly the leftist lunatics that you appear to be.

Joycee the job of a president is to do what is in the best interest of the nation sometimes that is not always what the majority wants that is why the US is called a republic. When you have children and they vote to have pizza every night and not attend school, then you will realize that doing the popular thing is not always doing what is in the best interest of people.

Do you even know the definition of dictator? Obviously most people on Y!A don't have a clue.

Nope, a dictator does not have to listen to his people, he decides what happens! A president can choose to listen to or ignore the people, and he does suffer consequences for his choices.

Dictators have power and aren't brought to their knees - as bush is - by his aide's e-mails.
