Depends how many months overde you are. First month no, anymore than that and yes they freeze you phone. Remeebr even tought your phone is frozen you still have to pay a monthly bill.

Sometimes its best to cancell the plan than get it frozen as it lets you keep a good credit and name with company till you can afford to reactivate it

depending on your account with the company your phone can be disconnected on the first month, but there are some companies that will give you a chance of up to 2-3 months.

They will probably give you a grace period and if its not paid by then, yes you will get disconnected. Just call them and try to make a pament arrangement and make sure you keep the arrangement and pay it.
