If I were you, I'd start off with putting your idea down on paper. Make a business plan, when you have on paper, its a reality, but if you just have the idea in your head, its just a dream. So get it on paper first and foremost!

Depends on how much you need. I assume you've been turned down by some banks, etc. Find people whose businesses might benefit from your success in your chosen field.
